02 Choose an Intro Offer

Begin with one of our signature introductory experiences designed to build a strong foundation:

  • Intro 5-Class Pack: Five Reformer, TRX, Barre, Mat, or Yoga classes across our three studios. Valid for 60 days.



  • Intro Fast Track: Two private sessions plus one group class for a guided entry into Pilates.

New to Reformer with Tower? Begin with Beginner Reformer Pilates, a full-body workout and the foundation for all new clients.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FIRST VISIT

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in
  • No late entry once class begins
  • No cell phones and no filming in studios
  • Bring grip socks (Reformer), clean studio sneakers (Barre/TRX), yoga mat (Yoga/Sound Bath)
  • Mats are provided for Mat Pilates
  • Prenatal or managing an injury? Consider Private Sessions.
