Nothing compares to a C2 retreat. There was a warm and joyful atmosphere, creating friendships with the incredible women you meet. An appreciation of community as well as a sense of belonging. Waking up and wondering if the C2 Body retreat last week was a dream? The other worldly and awe inspiring 'wild coast' Costa Brava, the beautiful Hotel Cap Sa Sal, walking through medieval villages, churches, vineyard, the FOOD!!, the wine, the daily replenishing workouts to start our day. I enjoyed meeting each and every one on the retreat. It was a privilege and a blessing to share space, meals, walks, bus rides, great wine and loads of fascinating conversations.
