Studio Protocol

At C2 Body, we’re committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and distraction-free experience for all.
Arrival & Check-In
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time to park, check in at the iPad, and settle in. If you have any issues checking in, please let your instructor know.
- Late arrivals cannot be admitted once class begins. This policy ensures a safe, focused experience for everyone — warm-ups are essential for preparing your body and preventing injury.
- If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be offered to a standby client. Even if the spot isn’t filled, late entry is not permitted once class has started, to ensure a safe and respectful experience for everyone.
- Need to purchase grip socks or borrow a yoga mat? Please arrive even earlier so you're ready when class begins.
Double Check Your Studio Location
C2 Body has three studio locations:
- Dedham—354 Washington St, Dedham, MA 02026 (Dedham Square)
- Milton—1 Eliot St, Milton, MA 02186 (Lower Mills; On the top/4th floor of Muscle & Flow Gym)
- Walpole—930 Main Street, Walpole, MA 02081 (Downtown Walpole)
Don’t miss your class — take a moment to confirm the details before you head out:
- Check your confirmation email or the C2 Body app to verify the studio location.
- Make sure you're traveling to the correct studio: Dedham, Milton, or Walpole.
Each location offers free parking within a short walking distance:
- Dedham: Free 2-hour street parking on Washington Street. A free covered garage is available at 350 Washington Street — use the street-level lot after the alley next to the studio. Please do not park in the underground garage down the alley. A larger lot is available in Dedham Square — about a 2–3 minute walk. (Search “Keystone Lot” or “10 Eastern Ave, Dedham, MA” for directions.)
- Milton: Free spots outside Muscle and Flow gym and on High/Adams Streets. Watch for resident permit-only zones. Additional parking may be available at the Milton T station, off Adams and Wharf Street (enter via Wharf Street).
- Walpole: 2-hour street parking on Main Street, a large free lot on East Street (search “Public Parking Lot, Stone St.”), and additional parking on Main Street next to the CVS, Conrad's and the Muffin House Cafe.
What to Bring
To help you feel prepared and comfortable for class:
- Grip socks are required for all Reformer Pilates classes. If you don't have any on hand or forget, you can purchase pilates grip socks at the studio: $15 ankle / $18 tall.
- Yoga mats are required for Mat Pilates and Yoga classes. (Loaner mats may be available on a first-come basis.)
- Studio sneakers (indoor-only sneakers) are required for TRX Pilates and Barre classes.
- Please bring water and dress comfortably for movement.
- For infrared sauna sessions, we provide a towel, but you're welcome to bring your own as well.
Phone Usage
To maintain a focused and respectful environment for everyone:
- Please silence or turn off your phone before entering the studio.
- Smartwatches should also be silenced or placed in “Do Not Disturb” mode to avoid distractions.
- For emergency calls, we kindly ask that you step outside the studio space.
- Filming or photography is not permitted during class unless explicitly approved by the studio owners.
- Selfies are welcome before or after class—feel free to tag @c2_body on instagram.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
To keep our shared spaces clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone:
- Please wipe down all equipment after use using the provided disinfectant and reusable wipes or paper towels.
- Kindly avoid heavy fragrances or lotions, which can transfer onto props and may affect those with allergies or sensitivities.
- If you’re feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home and rest. We’ll look forward to seeing you when you’re feeling better!
Cancellation & Waitlist
To avoid losing a class credit, please follow the cancellation timelines below:
- Group Classes — Cancel at least 12 hours before class
- Private & Duet Sessions — Cancel at least 24 hours in advance
- Infrared Sauna Sessions — Cancel at least 2 hours in advance
Waitlist Reminder:
- Only join the waitlist if you're sure you can attend.
- If a spot opens, our system will automatically add you to the class up to 2 hours before start time.
- If you're added and don’t attend, our 12-hour cancellation policy still applies — even if you were added less than 12 hours before class.

- Tap your reservation, then click "Cancel"

ClassPass & Wellhub (formerly Gympass) Users
As a small, community-based business, we deeply value honesty and fairness. Please note the following:
- ClassPass and Wellhub set their own fees and policies, including penalties for late cancellations and no-shows. We are not able to waive or adjust these charges.
- We do not have access to ClassPass or Wellhub bookings. All cancellations, schedule changes, or location switches must be made directly through their respective apps.
- If you're marked as a no-show or experience a check-in issue, please contact ClassPass or Wellhub support. We are unable to modify attendance records on their platforms.
- ClassPass users: Please be sure to check in at the iPad at the front desk when you arrive. If you did not attend, please do not ask our team to mark you as present — contact ClassPass directly.
- Wellhub users: Some services or classes may carry additional fees, depending on your plan tier.
For the most flexible experience — with full schedule access, exclusive perks, and direct support — we always recommend booking directly through C2 Body.
Inclement Weather Policy
Your safety is always our top priority.
- If C2 Body cancels class due to weather, no credit will be lost — your class or session will be returned to your account.
- If class is running as scheduled and you choose not to attend, our standard cancellation policies apply (12 hours for group classes, 24 hours for privates, 2 hours for sauna).
- We encourage you to plan ahead and cancel early if inclement weather is in the forecast and you're unsure about making the trip safely.
- Please check the C2 Body app or your email for updates — we’ll notify you as soon as possible if any changes are made.
