At C2 Body, we’re committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and distraction-free experience for all.
Arrival & Check-In
Confirmed reservations are required for all classes and sauna sessions. Clients without a confirmed reservation must purchase a same-day drop-in credit directly through C2 Body prior to participating, if space is available.
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time to park, check in through the studio iPad, and settle in. If you experience any issues checking in, please let your instructor know.
- Late arrivals cannot be admitted once class begins
- This policy ensures a safe, focused experience for everyone. Warm-ups are essential for preparing the body and helping prevent injury
- If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your reservation may be forfeited
Need to purchase grip socks or borrow a yoga mat? Please arrive a few extra minutes early so you're ready when class begins.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Before heading to the studio:
- Review your confirmation email or the C2 Body app to verify your studio location
- Check that your reservation is still confirmed and that your class or appointment is still scheduled as planned
- Make sure you are traveling to the correct studio: Dedham, Milton, or Walpole
C2 Body has 3 studio locations:
DEDHAM — 354 Washington St, Dedham, MA 02026 (Dedham Square)
- If you experience navigation issues, we recommend entering “354 Washington St, Dedham, MA 02026” directly into Google Maps.
- Dedham Parking:
- Free 2-hour street parking is available on Washington St and along portions of High St
- A free covered garage is available at 350 Washington St. Please use the street-level entrance after the alley next to the studio
- A larger free lot is available in Dedham Square, approximately a 2–3 minute walk from the studio (search “Keystone Lot” or “10 Eastern Ave, Dedham, MA” for directions)
- Additional parking may be available at the Lower Gonzalez Lot near 506 High St
- Do NOT park in the underground garage beneath the building. Vehicles may be towed
- Do NOT park at Santander Bank or at 347 Washington St (the brick building across the street from the studio). Vehicles may be towed
MILTON — 1 Eliot St, Milton, MA 02186 (Lower Mills; Top floor of Muscle & Flow Gym)
- Upon arrival, there is no need to stop at the Muscle & Flow front desk unless you need to use the restroom
- Please proceed directly to the 4th floor and check in through the C2 Body iPad
- Please note: Restrooms are located on the ground floor only
- Due to the historic nature of the building, elevator access is not available
- Milton Parking:
- Free parking is available outside Muscle & Flow Gym and along High St and Adams St
- Please watch for resident permit-only parking zones
- Additional parking may be available near the Milton T Station off Adams St and Wharf St (enter via Wharf St)
WALPOLE — 930 Main St, Walpole, MA 02081 (Downtown Walpole)
- Look for the TURQUOISE door!
- Walpole Parking
- 2-hour street parking is available on Main St
- A large free public lot is available on East St (search “Public Parking Lot, Stone St” for directions; behind Kosmos)
- Additional parking may be available near CVS, Conrad’s, and Muffin House Cafe
- Do
NOT park next door at Great Hands Reflexology. Vehicles may be towed
What to Bring
To help you feel prepared and comfortable:
- Grip socks are required for all Reformer Pilates classes and private sessions. If needed, grip socks are available for purchase at the studio ($15 ankle styles / $18 crew styles).
- Yoga mats are required for Yoga classes. Loaner mats may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Clean indoor-only studio sneakers are required for TRX Pilates classes.
- Barre clients may choose between grip socks or clean indoor-only studio sneakers.
- No mat is required for Mat Pilates classes though you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.
- Please bring water, a small towel if desired, and comfortable clothing appropriate for movement.
- For infrared sauna sessions, towels are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own.
Phone Usage
To maintain a focused and respectful environment for everyone:
- Please silence or turn off your phone before entering the studio.
- Smartwatches should also be silenced or placed in “Do Not Disturb” mode to avoid distractions.
- For emergency calls, we kindly ask that you step outside the studio space.
- No cell phone use, filming, or photography is permitted during class unless expressly approved by studio management.
- Selfies are welcome before or after class. Feel free to tag @c2_body on instagram.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
To keep our shared spaces clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone:
- Please wipe down all equipment after use using the provided disinfectant and reusable wipes or paper towels.
- Please return props and equipment to their original location after class.
- Kindly avoid heavy fragrances or lotions, which can transfer onto props and may affect those with allergies or sensitivities.
- Feeling unwell? We ask that you stay home and rest. We’ll look forward to seeing you when you’re feeling better!
Cancellation & Waitlist
To retain your class or session credit, please follow the cancellation timelines below:
- Group Classes — Cancel at least 12 hours before class
- Private & Duet Sessions — Cancel at least 24 hours in advance
- Infrared Sauna Sessions — Cancel at least 2 hours in advance
Waitlist Reminder:
- Only join the waitlist if you're sure you can attend
- Clients on the waitlist are automatically added into class in the order they joined the waitlist
- To join a waitlist, you must have an available applicable credit or membership
- Waitlist additions may occur up until the applicable waitlist cutoff window prior to class start time
- Standard cancellation policies apply once you are added into class

- Tap your reservation, then click "Cancel"

PREGNANCY GUIDELINES
With your doctor’s approval, Pilates can be a safe and supportive part of your pregnancy journey. However, due to the core-intensive and pre-planned nature of many of our group classes, all pregnant clients beyond the first trimester (13 weeks or later) may be required to transition to private sessions depending on pregnancy stage, experience level, and instructor recommendation. This ensures the instructor can provide appropriate modifications and monitor your safety throughout class.
For more customized support, we recommend private sessions. These one-on-one appointments can be tailored to your pregnancy stage, comfort level, and fitness goals.
Barre is also a great option, especially in the second or third trimester, due to its standing, vertical format and emphasis on full-body movement.
ClassPass & Wellhub (formerly Gympass) Users
Please note the following policies for third-party bookings:
- Advance reservations are required for all ClassPass and Wellhub bookings
- Clients must have a confirmed reservation and appear on the C2 Body class roster prior to participating. Clients not listed on the class roster will not be admitted to class.
- To streamline check-in and complete required waivers and studio terms, please create a C2 Body profile prior to arrival using the same email associated with your ClassPass or Wellhub account and place a valid credit card on file
- If you arrive without a confirmed reservation, you must purchase a same-day drop-in credit directly through C2 Body prior to participating
- We do not have access to ClassPass or Wellhub customer accounts, memberships, credits, billing, or reservation settings
- Reservation changes, cancellations, and booking issues must be handled directly through the applicable third-party platform
- ClassPass and Wellhub determine their own cancellation and no-show policies, including any associated fees. C2 Body does not control or manage those charges
- If you experience a no-show, late cancellation, attendance, or check-in issue, please contact ClassPass or Wellhub customer support directly
- ClassPass users must check themselves in through the studio iPad upon arrival
- Wellhub users must check themselves in through the Wellhub app upon arrival
- Infrared sauna sessions are not available through ClassPass or Wellhub
For the most flexible booking experience, including full schedule access and direct studio support, we recommend reserving directly through C2 Body.
Inclement Weather Policy
Your safety is always our top priority.
- If C2 Body cancels class due to weather, no credit will be lost — your class or session will be returned to your account.
- If class is running as scheduled and you choose not to attend, standard cancellation windows remain in effect (12 hours for group classes, 24 hours for privates, 2 hours for sauna).
- We encourage you to plan ahead and cancel early if inclement weather is in the forecast and you're unsure about making the trip safely.
- Please check the C2 Body app or your email for updates — we’ll notify you as soon as possible if any changes are made.
